1. How can I be sure about authenticity of this site

Ours is a Private Limited Company with a Headquarter at C2-3/3-2 Sector 2, Vashi, New Mumbai-400703  The  company was incorporated as a Private Limited Company under company act 1956 in May 2012 and is registered with Government of India. The registration number of company is U63040DL2012PTC235513.  


2. How can I be sure about the safety of Data being entered when I book a ticket or Hotel accommodation using my Net Banking/debit/
    credit card?

We guarantee for safety and security of Data being entered while making payment for the services offered by our portal. We are using the payment gateway of TechProcess Solution Ltd, one the best payment gateway company in India whose site is verified by Veri Sign Class 3 International. The company is strictly adhering to all norms as set by Reserve Bank of India. All the data on the payment gateway site is encrypted to prevent eavesdropping or leakage of data. Customer can verified the fact when payment gateway page appeared while making payment for any of our services. We also want to make it clear that we do not store any Data related to Net Banking or debit card/credit card. We take the Data from company in case there is any refund or cancellation.


3. What are the modes of payment?

Payment can be made by using either Net Banking account of all the major banks of India. Payment can also be made using credit card and debit card issued in India by all the major banks of private sector and in the public sector.


4. Is there any other option other then what ever mentioned above for making payment?

Yes in case customer can contact us either by phone as mentioned on site or send us mail. But before reservation is made for any of the services offered through our portal. Customer will have to deposit the full amount in our bank account whose account number will be provided by us.


5. Do I need to register for on line booking?

NO it is not compulsory but it is in customer own interest to register with us as It will help him in case he want to cancel on line, any reservation or booking. On line cancellation service is only provided to register user.


6. Can I cancel my on line flight booking or Hotel booking?

Yes if you are a register user then you can cancel on line your flight booking and also your hotel booking but cancellation policy will apply and necessary deduction will be made in the refund amount.


7. How can I get my on line E-ticket for flight booking and Hotel booking confirmation voucher.

Once the transaction is complete, you will get a message confirming intimation of you booking. After some time, you will get E-ticket confirmation on you E-mail address. Similarly, you will get Hotel booking confirmation on your E-mail account after the transaction is successful.


8. I have lost my E-ticket, how can I retrieve my ticket?

Yes for a register user it is not difficult. They have to just log to system and can again retrieve the print out of ticket. For user who have got the reservation done as guest, they need to either call us or just send us mail. We will send you the E-ticket on your mail account.


9. Do I have on line support?

Yes you have round the clock on-line support either through E-mails or through phone.


10. How can I pay if I book a holiday package through your site?

Customer has two options. Either he can deposit the amount in our bank account whose details we will provide OR he can also pay by credit/debit card or by net banking as we will provide him the link on his E-mail. But in this case he may have to pay some extra amount as payment gateway charges.


11 Can I book on if I am a non-resident Indian?

As of now, caters to Indian residents only or those having Indian Credit account.


12 What are the Cancellation Charges for Holiday Packages?

Cancellation charges depend on the country/city where the package is booked for. For more Details Please check our General Terms & Conditions in Holiday Packages.


13. If I am a travel agent how do I use your services if I want to associate with you?

For our B2B partners, we have two way of business association.
a. You can call us or write to us when you have any query for flight booking or hotel booking. You will be informed about your commission and ticket will be issued by us bearing our company name on the ticket after you have deposited the full payment in our bank account.

b. You can be given B2B access. You will have full control of using all our services and also using your company name and logo on all the transaction you carried out. You can also control your mark up over the rates we pass on to you. We will pass on to you what ever commission we get from our consolidators for all our services. You will be required to keep some deposit with us and all the transaction carried out by you will be adjusted from that deposit.


14 What documents do I need to carry to check-in for my flight? Do I have to Carry credit card/debit card used for making payment?

It is mandatory to carry a government issued photo identification (ID) as proof along with the E-Ticket copy. The same is verified by the airport security as well as the airline at the check in counter. On presenting your photo ID proof and E-Ticket copy, your boarding pass will be issued. For international flights, your passport is the only valid photo ID proof that will be accepted. In case of an infant travelling, it is mandatory to carry the birth certificate of the infant along with the ticket.


15. How can I change the date of my flight booking.?

Date Change may be permissible on your booking on payment of Airline Date Change Fee, Service Charges plus any fare difference that may exist between your original fare and the fare of the flight that you want to change to. In several cases, the date change fees and the cancellation fees levied by the airline is the same and you could also cancel the ticket online and make a fresh booking at the same cost as that of doing a date change. Please note that date change may not be permitted on certain tickets. .If you want to change your flight to a flight that is operated by another airline, you will need to cancel existing booking and make a fresh booking. You would need to get in touch with us for any of above changes either on phone or by sending us E-mail.


16. How much baggage can I carry on flight ?

17. What happened if I am not carrying a copy of my E-Ticket at the airport.

If you fail to carry a printout of your E-Ticket, you will need to go to the airline counter at the airport and request for an E-Ticket copy by providing the PNR number of your reservation. The PNR number will be a available on your register mobile No. or register E-mail ID (You can find this unique number on the top of your E-ticket page issued by us)
